Come along and join in the fun with the longest running class in Newry U3A. If you still have memories of French at school, you’ll never imagine how much you will enjoy learning again as an adult. Before long you will be speaking, singing and dreaming en francais!

When I Grow Up

We are all getting older – so how do we avoid or at least delay the onset of the problems of old age – the heart attacks, strokes, dementia, loneliness and isolation. All the research suggests that there is a lot we can do to make our later years healthy and enjoyable - meet new people, learn a new language, eat well, travel, embrace modern technology (the computer, the internet, the mobile phone), sing, dance, play a musical instrument, be physically active, seek out new challenges, look forward with anticipation to the coming years.

In other words join U3A, we do all those things!
